Payment Authorization & Guarantee

I authorize Unique Touch Cleaning Service to retain my credit card information as a guarantee of payment for the service listed above.

If full payment is not received within 24 hours of service completion, I authorize Unique Touch Cleaning Service to charge the full service amount, including any applicable additional fees (e.g., late payments, extra labor) to the card below.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Payment is due at the time of service or within 24 hours.

  • If unpaid after 24 hours, the card on file will be charged automatically.

  • A receipt will be sent once payment is processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours before the appointment at no charge.

  • All cancellations must be made via:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property or begin service due to client breach (e.g., locked out, no power/water, unsafe conditions), the full service amount will still be charged.

⏱️ Arrival Time Policy

Our team will arrive within a 2 to 4-hour window, which will be communicated to you one day prior to your confirmed appointment. This window allows us to accommodate any variables from previous jobs and ensure we deliver the same level of care and quality to each client. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
